Beep boop...HELLO DARLING!! Here's a meme I decided I'd do after seeing several of my sweet friends decide to do it, including the lovely who tagged me in their journal of this meme. This meme basically is where I compare and contrast how I was in the past with who I am now. This will be interesting...But fun indeed!
Gender Identification?
How many watchers did you have?
NOW
Gender Identification?
What name did you go by?
Gender Identification?
Female.
Sexuality?
Aromantic/asexual, yet heterosexual because I had celebrity crushes...Like Zac Efron, Justin Bieber, and Niall Horan But I had no desire for having a romantic partner in real life, mainly because I was too young.
What was your Fursona (give us a picture!)?
I'm no furry xDDDD Never was, actually.
I'm no furry xDDDD Never was, actually.
Hobbies?
Gardening although I failed at it, drawing, writing, playing the Wii...and EDITING WIKIPEDIA. Keep clicking "older 50" and prepare to cringe, be amused, or both.
Personality?
Happy-go-lucky, cheerful, outgoing, friendly, and energetic, yet sensitive, easily embarrassed, and sometimes often juvenile.
Favorite food?
"Chinese food". No specific entrée; just CHINESE FOOD in general. Spare ribs and white rice were some of my preferred dishes, though...
What did you usually wear?
Justice. For those who don't know, it's this clothing store that's basically the greatest thing since sliced bread if you're an elementary school-aged girl. It had lots of gaudy T-shirts, neon colors, and peace signs/monkeys/pandas/puppies/hearts plastered on everything.
...It's still pretty much the same thing as it was 4 years ago, when I last shopped there, today.

Did you have any pets? If so, what were they?
A fish named Fred. Actually, multiple Freds because they kept dying.
Did you have a DeviantArt?
I didn't, but I have been BROWSING the site without an account since 2007.
So, by the time I got my account at age 14 in August 2016, I felt pretty much like I was no newbie to the site
If so…
Did you draw?
What did your art look like (another picture!)?:
It was icky, but it did improve with time...A major change for the better was my switching from MS Paint to SketchBook Pro in January 2015
Still, I look back at these and think "ew" (|[>.<]|)

Any other interesting info on yourself back then?:
I had horrible taste in TV shows. I watched DISNEY JUNIOR (this was pre-Lion Guard, the only good Disney Junior show to me nowadays) and SPROUT up until I was in 7th grade, liked two shows about silly superheroes who don't fight crime and are despised by most people who have ever heard of them (though I do still like them a bit, but really just for the memories...), and had a love affair with CBeebies. *shudders*
I had strange obsessions: ice cream trucks, radio stations, street signs, and taking pictures of other people's houses.
I had strange obsessions: ice cream trucks, radio stations, street signs, and taking pictures of other people's houses.
I had imaginary friends up until I was 12 years old.
I went CRAZY when people said curse words, even if they weren't saying them to me. If I heard my mom cursing on the phone, I would yell at her. I actually CRIED when a friend of mine who was younger than me, and usually didn't curse, said a word I considered a curse word (and I thought she had considered it one, too), then said "What? It's not a curse..."
I hated when things changed, and never updated my iPod Touch's software because of this.
I had a bazillion inside jokes with my best friend, the majority of which would not make sense to anyone but us.
I had irrational fears, including going barefoot (ever since I broke my toenail at karate class in 2nd grade); any ride at amusement parks that went fast; going to parties (JUST because I was afraid they'd play songs I wouldn't like); and...JUST DANCE CHARACTERS. That last one though...what was I thinking?! That shows just how soft I was as a child...

What’s your Fursona (give us a picture!)?
Hobbies?

Still as sunny and bright as ever, but definitely more mature than the older me. A lot more polite and less selfish. Also a lot less of a scaredy-cat!
Favorite food?
Who’s your best friend?
The same girl who was my best friend back in the good old days
We have somewhat gone our separate ways, but I am truly blessed to have such a sweet, understanding, pure, true blue, and AMAZING friend who has been my best friend for as long as she has. I hope that our friendship won't ever end!

I'd say quite a lot!
The Year in Review: 2021
Ah, New Year's Eve. The final day of the planet's annual journey around the sun...and the day I participate in numerous traditions I've had over the past few years, such as playing Sudoku and journaling a recap of what happened during the year. This was my final year as a teenager. As I was born on January 1st, 2002, I'll be turning 20 once midnight strikes tonight. Overall, my teenage years were a rollercoaster - but just as rollercoasters are fun even though they might be scary, that's exactly how I'd describe my time as a teen. They were kinda wacky but totally fun! I matured SO much as I grew from a child into an adult. Although my teen years begun with my parents divorcing, they did have some bright sides in the beginning as well - I won my 3rd spelling bee in a row, I successfully graduated middle school and won 11 awards, and I made this DeviantArt account. I might not be as active here as I used to be, but being on DeviantArt certainly helped me expand my horizons and
International Christmas Song Journal: 2021 Edition
Merry Christmas Eve, everybody! As you know, it's my tradition each year to write a journal here where I share new Christmas songs I discovered that year with y'all! Since I've been getting so interested in foreign-language things since last year, and last year's journal was themed after Christmas songs in many languages, I thought I'd do the same this year! :D We'll actually be beginning with one that isn't even a Christmas song at all, although it DOES have the same melody as one! "See viis," an Estonian-language version of "Feliz Navidad" performed by Apelsin, has lyrics which don't talk about Christmas, but rather about the singer hearing a song and not being able to remember anything about it but the melody. And now, it's time for some ACTUAL Christmas songs. Some of the first "new" ones I discovered this year were Hungarian...and I discovered them back in NOVEMBER because of this inside joke in the Ready Jet Go! community about Hungarian Christmas music xD I don't think
Thanksgiving Gratitude Journal: 2021 Edition
Ah, Thanksgiving. The one day each year where we Americans aren't afraid to stuff our faces with all sorts of tasty food, the same kinds almost every year (most of the time), as we gather with our families, watch the big parade, and take some time to not just celebrate the abundant harvest, but also to give thanks for all the things that make our lives worthwhile. It is truly a holiday of traditions, and I certainly have mine. One of those just so happens to be making a journal right here each year, to give thanks to the people and things that I appreciate most. I always begin the journal by giving thanks to people on DeviantArt who make me smile. As I say each year...I am thankful to have so many watchers and fans who support me and all that I do, and I value and appreciate each and every single person I know on this site. Before I begin with my shout-outs, I want to start by saying this as well. It's another tradition of mine: I cherish each and every single fan of mine and I am
School is starting again!
I have a very important announcement. I know my account here is slightly sleepy but I won’t be checking notificafions as often or posting as much art because, well…college is beginning again. September 1st is my first day of sophomore year at my university - and here’s how things are gonna change for me. Last year I took mainly online classes so I wasn’t able to really get “involved.” This year, however, I am doing college in-person, on campus entirely each day from Monday through Thursday from 11am-5pm. I also have several after-school activities on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I have several goals for this year at school, namely to make more friends, remain focused in class, prioritize my success, and get involved in activities I can do with friends on campus. As per such, I’m going to be more inactive. I’ll be much slower to respond to messages on weekdays, and I’m turning off “banner” notifications for Twitter and Discord so I don’t get distracted by them. I most likely won’t
